Do you offer Free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all products, with the exception of Pallet Deals. Any shipping costs applicable to Pallet Deals will be clearly communicated at checkout or agreed in writing before purchase.

Which countries are we currently shipping our products to?

United Kingdom Only.

Delivery Responsibility?

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, responsibility transfers to the courier. However, if any issues arise, I will assist customers in resolving delivery problems where possible.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will process the refund within 14 days, using the original payment method. Refunds will cover the cost of the product only and will not include return shipping fees.

How much does it cost to return your order?

If a customer decides to return a product, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Is it possible to collect your order directly from our warehouse?

Yes, if you live locally, collection is available. The only requirement is to book a collection time in advance.
